Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a specialist litigation firm to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor for a newly created role. This position combines hands-on casework with leading and developing a growing paralegal team.
Responsibilities
- Support complex, document-heavy disputes while driving the smooth running of the paralegal function.
- Bundle preparation, disclosure support, legal research, CE-File management, client and counsel liaison, and court runs.
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and workflow allocation for the paralegal team.
