Legal PA – US Law Firm (4:1 Hybrid Working)

Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑17:30

Hybrid working: Mon‑Thurs in office, Friday work from home (on a rota)

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Legal PA to support the Managing Partner of one of our global law firms on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role providing high‑level secretarial support to the Managing Partner and their team. You will handle extensive diary management, proactively manage inboxes, arrange complex travel, open new matters, dictate audio, process documents, and deal with highly confidential information on a daily basis.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting a Partner level lawyer
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can‑do attitude while remaining calm under pressure
  • A collaborative team player who leads by example and promotes a positive working culture
  • Litigation experience highly desirable but not essential
