A leading international professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support its EMEA and global communications strategy.

The Role

You will work closely with senior communications leaders to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging internal and external messaging. Responsibilities include editing and enhancing firm content, developing campaigns, and producing communications across email, intranet, video, and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and proof external content (announcements, articles, profiles, publications)
  • Support brand-led marketing communications initiatives
  • Develop internal communications campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with global editorial, legal, and design teams
  • Provide guidance to senior stakeholders to improve content effectiveness
  • Contribute to leadership communications and internal updates

About You

  • 6+ years experience in marketing communications, journalism, or similar
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint/Adobe/HTML is a plus

Working Pattern
