A well‐established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential of going perm. This role has arisen due to maternity leave cover, and the firm requires additional support across the practice.
Practice Areas:

- Dispute Resolution
You will be supporting a small number of partners, with no fixed allocation, working collaboratively with existing team members.
Key Details:
- Working pattern: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
- Hours: 09:30 - 17:30
- Salary: Up to £50,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support across litigation and disputes matters
- Document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
- Managing correspondence, filing, and case documentation
- Diary management and general support to partners and fee earners
- Assisting the wider team as required during maternity cover
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally within litigation, arbitration or disputes
- Strong organisational and document management skills
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple partners
- Professional, reliable, and team‐oriented
