Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting for a Temporary Legal Cashier to start ASAP for approximately 6 weeks.
This is a hybrid role paying a competitive rate and based in the heart of the city!
General duties for this role may include
- Processed office expenses and ensured compliance with firm procedures
- Processed client and office receipts accurately and in line with firm policies.
- Performed daily bank reconciliations across GBP, EUR and USD accounts.
- Set up and processed electronic payments in a timely manner.
- Assisted with client money transfers during busy periods and team absences.
- Processed internal transfers between client and office accounts.
- Calculated interest on client account transactions.
- Ensured prompt return of client account balances.
- Maintained compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Supported accounts payable processes and wider finance team activities.
- Assisted with additional ad hoc finance and accounts duties as required.
For this role, you must be available to start immediately - perfect for those currently out of employment and looking for a new role in Legal Cashering or someone who has recently finished a contract.
You must have experience in Elite 3E for this role.
