Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting an IT Support Analyst on a temporary to permanent basis for a leading international law firm. You must be available immediately for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across desktop systems, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
- Support and troubleshoot Office 365, iManage, Intapp, Litera tools, Adobe Acrobat, and other key legal applications.
- Deliver user training and onboarding on standard desktop systems.
- Assist with Active Directory admin, Cisco phones, and MDM tools (VMware/Intune).
- Support remote access systems (Citrix, VPN, Duo) and AV platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
- Participate in IT projects, relocations, and occasional on-call support.
- Maintain accurate logs of users, assets, and technical issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
