We're working with a leading international law firm to find a Technology Trainer to join their collaborative global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people and learning, and wants to play a visible role in driving technology adoption and user engagement across the business.
The Role
This is a broad and impactful position where you'll take ownership of technology training across multiple international offices, including London, Paris and Hong Kong. You'll work closely with lawyers and business services teams to help them adopt and use technology more effectively in their day-to-day roles. It's not just about delivering training. You'll be involved in shaping the firm’s training approach, partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements, and creating engaging, practical learning solutions that support users and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technology training sessions, both in-person and virtually, including group workshops and one-to-one support
- Design and develop training materials and e-learning content, including user guides, videos and quick-reference resources
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions
- Support the rollout of new systems and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption across the business
- Analyse trends from support queries and user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
- Contribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues
- Manage and track training activity through the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS)
About You
- Proven experience in technology training, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong experience delivering blended learning programmes, including classroom, virtual and e-learning formats
- Confident presenting to and supporting stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and document management systems (such as NetDocuments or similar)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or similar would be advantageous
- French language skills (spoken and written) are highly desirable
