Role Summary: As a Senior HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Director in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in supporting day-to-day executive needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR department with full employee lifecycle for Partners.
  • Maintaining accurate Partner records and HR databases.
  • Preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts and reference requests.
  • Providing diary and inbox management for senior leaders.
  • Arranging meeting rooms, booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.

What you need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role at a law firm.
  • Previous experience with PA duties including minute taking, preparing documentation and diary management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficiency.
