A prestigious international law firm with a long-standing presence in London, known for its deep expertise in finance, energy, infrastructure, and restructuring, is seeking a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor.
The role involves the daily operation and running of the firm's London graduate recruitment programme. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Senior Legal Recruitment Manager in delivering all aspects of the firm's graduate recruitment programme.
- Managing the recruitment process for Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes.
- Coordinating and administering the post-Vacation Scheme interview process for the annual Trainee Solicitor intake.
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in graduate recruitment within a London law firm environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
