We are partnering with a leading international professional services firm to appoint a Senior Workplace & Facilities Manager for their London office. This is a high-profile, strategically important role with significant scope for growth and global impact.

The Opportunity

Based in London, you will take ownership of workplace and facilities operations across the UK, with immediate responsibility for managing Reprographics and Records Management teams in London and regionally. Beyond the UK remit, this role has a clear pathway to global leadership, with the potential to oversee facilities managers in Asia and, in time, support expansion into new international regions. This is an ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking workplace professional who thrives in complex, evolving environments and enjoys shaping strategy as much as delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop reprographics and records management teams across London and Bristol
  • Own end-to-end workplace and facilities operations for the London office
  • Manage a wide range of third-party vendors, including catering, events and other outsourced services
  • Act as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders, working closely with leadership and partners
  • Oversee hard services, including building services, maintenance and compliance
  • Liaise confidently with landlords and managing agents on all property-related matters
  • Drive modern workspace initiatives, including space planning and utilisation
  • Champion the use of technology and smart office integrations, bringing innovative ideas and continuous improvements to the workplace experience
  • Contribute to longer-term international workplace strategy, supporting new regions as the firm grows

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior workplace or facilities management role, ideally within a law firm or alternatively a professional services environment
  • Strong hard services background, with experience dealing directly with landlords and building infrastructure
  • Highly experienced in managing third-party and outsourced providers
  • Comfortable operating at senior level, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of how technology is increasingly integrated into modern office environments
  • Commercial, solutions-focused and confident bringing new ideas to improve workplace design and functionality
  • Experience with, or exposure to, international or multi-site environments would be highly advantageous
