Our international law firm client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and drive its commercial strategy across Germany. This is a high-impact, senior role offering the opportunity to shape business development initiatives, support revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Role

You will take ownership of the business development agenda for Germany, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. Working closely with partners and regional stakeholders, you will define and execute growth strategies, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market positioning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering the overall business development strategy, from planning through to execution and measurable outcomes
  • Advising partners on commercial opportunities, client development, and go-to-market initiatives
