We are delighted to be seeking a partâtime legal secretary to join one of our international law firm clients' teams in London on a 12 Month Fixedâterm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide highâlevel secretarial support to partners and solicitors, ensuring client expectations are met and departmental objectives achieved. For this role the working hours are 9:30â5:30, and you will be in the office 3 days a week (flexibility offered after probation).
Key Responsibilities
- Audio and copy typing, alongside document processing
- Formatting documents and preparing professional presentations as directed
- Diary management for partners and fee earners
- Producing bills and managing invoices
- Organising and maintaining accurate files (hard copy and electronic)
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
