Job Description A leading global investment firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its London office on a permanent basis to support its transactions team across a range of private market investments.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers, you will help coordinate deal execution, oversee AML/KYC processes, manage transaction documentation, and support signing and closing activities.

Key Requirements Previous paralegal and/or transaction support experience.

A background in financial services, investments, private markets, or a law firm preferred.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Exposure to legal technology or AI‑enabled tools is advantageous.
