A leading international law firm is seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to support its CRM system (InterAction) and email marketing platform (Vuture). This role helps drive client development, improve communications, and strengthen the firm's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including updates, data hygiene, onboarding/offboarding, and list management.
- Build targeted searches, import/export lists, and prepare business development reports.
- Analyse CRM and email marketing data to identify trends and engagement insights.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy requirements and manage unsubscribe processes.
- Create, test, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters via Vuture.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and integrate Vuture data with InterAction.
- Provide training and support for lawyers, assistants, and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (InterAction/Vuture preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and present data insights clearly.
