Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its M&A team on a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading team allowing for trainee-level experience working on high profile transactions.

The ideal candidate will have previous M&A/Corporate experience. Candidates with a TC confirmed with 12 months plus availability will also be considered.
