A dynamic and progressive US-headquartered law firm with 10+ international offices is seeking a talented Legal Secretary to join its thriving Corporate team in London. Based in the heart of Liverpool Street, the firm occupies beautiful, highârise, modern office space and boasts a collaborative culture with 200+ professionals in its London office.
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: Up to ÂŁ56,000 + Benefits
Work Type: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What Youâll Do
- Youâll provide firstâclass secretarial and administrative support to a group of highâperforming lawyers, ensuring smooth dayâtoâday operations and outstanding client interactions.
- Responsibilities include:
- Diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Drafting and formatting legal documents
- Time entry, billing, and expense coordination
- Maintaining client records and business development data
- Handling court documentation and liaising with internal departments
- Supporting email and file management using iManage and other legal systems
- Collaborating with the wider secretarial team to provide cover and overflow support
What Youâll Bring
- Demonstrable legal secretarial experience â minimum of 4 years in a Magic Circle or US Law Firm
- Strong typing speed and strong technical proficiency in MS Office and legal systems
- A proactive, clientâfocused mindset with excellent organisational skills
