We're partnering with a highly respected law firm with a strong reputation for excellence across its Litigation practice groups. They are currently seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and energetic Legal Secretary to join the team on an initial 6‐month FTC to cover maternity leave, starting June 2026.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Supporting timekeeping, billing, and expense processes
- Handling document management via iManage
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Legal Intern Programme and Clients & Markets Team
- Adapting to shifting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary within a legal or professional services environment
- Excellent communication, organisational, and technical skills
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, and billing/time recording systems
- Calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime when required (which may be extensive at times)
- Outstanding time management and a reliable attendance record
- A positive attitude and a great sense of humour
