We are working with a prestigious law firm in the City of London, looking to welcome a confident and proactive front-of-house and administrative professional into their team. If you have got between 2-5 years of experience in front-of-house and general administration and are ready to step up your career in a dynamic legal setting, this could be your next move.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping manage the switchboard and transferring calls/taking messages where necessary
  • Giving clients and visitors a warm, polished welcome every time
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring a professional setup
  • Keeping front-of-house areas pristine and presentable
  • Arranging catering for key meetings and events
  • General administration - typing, scanning, copying, assisting the lawyers with ad hoc requests

Who we are looking for:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a front-of-house facing role in a law firm or professional services environment
  • A people person who is as positive as they are professional
  • Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone
  • Someone who takes initiative, loves being busy, and gets things done
