The role involves supporting lateral and graduate recruitment processes across London and the Middle East. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the lateral associate and counsel hiring process including scheduling interviews and managing logistics.
- Maintaining accurate data and recruitment trackers.
- Supporting the onboarding of new joiners to the firm.
- Supporting the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, including interviews and candidate communications.
- Assisting with vacation schemes and events.
- Creating schedules, coordinating logistics and acting as a key contact.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous administration or recruitment experience in a professional services firm.
- A keen interest in legal recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- IT Proficient.
