Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a paralegal to support the firm's Global Transportation Finance team on a permanent basis. The successful paralegal will work directly with attorneys, clients and opposing counsel within the team, and the duties will include:
- Preparing and organising documents for closing
- Filing documents
- UCCs for closings
- Assembling documents post-closing
Previous paralegal experience would be advantageous, however is not essential. Essentially, the firm is looking for a hardworking, willing candidate who has excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
