The Role

  • You'll lead the planning and delivery of a wide range of client events including conferences, seminars, networking events, and webinars. This is a hands‐on role requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the firmwide events calendar and oversee end‐to‐end event delivery
  • Deliver high‐quality in‐person, virtual, and hybrid events on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams on event campaigns
  • Manage invitations, RSVPs, suppliers, and venue logistics
  • Monitor and report on event performance and outcomes
  • Ensure all events are on‐brand and support business growth initiatives
