We're recruiting for an experienced Creative Design Manager to join a prestigious international law firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented design professional to combine hands-on creative work with team leadership, delivering high-impact visual communications that support marketing, business development and client engagement initiatives.
The Role
As a working manager, you'll lead a small team of designers while actively creating sophisticated, brand-led design solutions across both print and digital channels.
You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage creative projects from concept to delivery, and play a key role in shaping the organisation\'s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of designers.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social media assets, event materials and presentations.
- Develop compelling visual concepts that bring business and communication objectives to life.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across all creative output.
- Manage external creative suppliers, photographers, illustrators and production partners.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
About You
- 7-9 years\' design experience, ideally within professional services, corporate or financial services environments.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring creative teams.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing high-end print and digital design work.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma and digital design best practices.
- Exceptional project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
