About the Role
Join our Bids & Pursuits team, a group of passionate business development professionals focused on winning high-quality, profitable work. You’ll support the end-to-end delivery of compelling, client-focused bids, working closely with partners, stakeholders, and the wider Clients, Markets and Growth (CMG) team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Pursuits, you’ll play a key role in developing high-impact proposals across strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support bids from qualification through to submission and follow-up
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and develop strong win themes
- Write, edit, and improve proposal content to ensure clarity, quality, and compliance
- Conduct client research and support strategic opportunities
- Enhance proposals with clear, engaging visuals and messaging
- Maintain and contribute to bid content libraries and systems
- Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all work meets high quality and regulatory standards
About You
Essential:
- 3+ years bid/proposal experience in professional services or similar
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to turn technical content into clear, compelling proposals
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident working with stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
Desirable:
- APMP or similar certification
- Experience with bid tools and SharePoint
- Knowledge of legal or professional services environments
