Business Development Specialist - Private Investment Funds

An leading international professional services firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its high-performing Private Investment Funds team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BD professional to work closely with partners and senior stakeholders, helping to drive profile-raising initiatives, client development, and strategic growth across the private funds and private capital sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pitches, proposals, RFPs, credentials, and marketing materials.
  • Support client targeting, business planning, and opportunity tracking initiatives.
  • Coordinate and deliver business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist with seminars, conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and other client-facing events.
  • Manage legal directory and awards submissions.
  • Conduct market, client, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership, client communications, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM systems, experience databases, and BD reporting tools.
  • Work closely with partners and cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives.

Requirements
