A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its Global Finance & Restructuring practice, with a strong focus on leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and restructuring.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in driving business development initiatives, supporting client growth, and delivering strategic campaigns across high-profile finance practices.
Key Responsibilities
Support BD strategy across leveraged finance, private credit, capital markets, and restructuring
Prepare high-quality pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
Manage deal tracking, client intelligence, and market research
Coordinate league tables, submissions, and thought leadership initiatives
Support events, sponsorships, and client engagement activities
Collaborate globally with BD, marketing, and communications teams
About You
3-6 years BD experience within a law firm or professional services
Strong understanding of finance and restructuring markets (leveraged finance exposure preferred)
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
