Key responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes for partners and associates
  • Coordinating international travel across multiple time zones
  • Opening new clients and matters
  • Supporting billing and financial administration
  • Organising meetings, events, and client coordination
  • Drafting documents and correspondence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal PA in a City law firm
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong IT skills, including in Microsoft Office
