Their London office, located in the heart of the City, is seeking a resourceful and meticulous Legal Secretary to join their high-performing Real Estate Debt Finance team.

Role purpose
Your impact: As a Legal Secretary, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting fee earners across a range of administrative and legal tasks. You\’ll be trusted to manage complex schedules, produce high-quality legal documentation, and maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Supporting timekeeping, expense processing and billing activities
- Maintaining client records and CRM systems with accuracy
- Coordinating with internal departments and providing overflow support
- Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
What we\’re looking for
- 5+ years of proven and demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary within a top-tier law firm
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document systems
