Legal Secretary – Corporate | International Law Firm | Hybrid 4/1 | London
We\’re delighted to be working with a highly respected international law firm based in the heart of London, known for its excellence in Corporate and Transactional work, as well as its inclusive and collaborative culture. The firm is now seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team, supporting two Partners and one Associate.
What does this role offer
- Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
- Central London location
- Competitive salary up to £54k DOE

Key Responsibilities
- High-level PA and legal secretarial support to senior fee earners
- Drafting and amending legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and forms
- Diary management, meeting coordination, and extensive travel management
- File management (opening, closing, archiving) in line with firm policies
- Billing support and time entry
- Client onboarding and liaison
- Expense reporting and administrative support to the Office Manager as needed
What we\’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of legal secretarial experience within an international firm
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, iManage, and Interaction
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and coordinate complex travel
- Professional, reliable, and committed team player
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Self-assured, proactive, and mature in their work
