This is an immediate opportunity to support a highly regarded team handling complex, cross‑border matters.
The Role
You will provide flexible, team‑wide support. This is a non‑allocation role requiring initiative, relationship‑building, and a confident approach to fee‑earners. Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary management
- Coordinating international travel (Europe & US)
- Managing and organising data in Excel, including transferring information from Word
About You
- Previous legal secretarial experience in antitrust/competition or litigation preferred
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and encourage delegation
