Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with Commercial Real Estate experience, looking for a high quality FTC within a leading, people‑focused law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious West End firm, supporting a large and highly regarded Real Estate group at a key time of growth. The team is continuing to build out its Commercial Real Estate offering and is keen to bring in additional legal secretarial support to ensure the Partners and fee earners are fully supported. This role would suit a confident, proactive Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering first‑class support.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Partners and fee earners within the Commercial Real Estate team
  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Preparing, amending and formatting legal documentation
  • Handling billing, expenses and file management
  • Supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless support across the group

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within Commercial Real Estate or Construction
  • Experience with BigHand
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, client‑focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team
