A leading UK law firm is seeking a Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEx Lawyer to join its highly regarded Real Estate & Projects team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist property practice recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers, supporting senior solicitors while managing your own caseload. The role will involve handling a broad range of real estate matters, including land acquisitions and disposals, social housing sales, open space transfers, and development-related work.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing ancillary documents
- Drafting and preparing claim forms
- Preparing transaction summaries and reports
- Handling Land Registry applications and responding to requisitions
- Managing land transfers, pre- and post-completion formalities, statements and priority searches
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEx Lawyer with solid experience in property transactions and the conveyancing process. A minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent) is essential. CILEx Lawyers must have Conveyancing Practice Rights.
