We're delighted to be working with a highly respected international law firm based in the heart of London, known for its excellence in Corporate and Transactional work, as well as its inclusive and collaborative culture. The firm is now seeking an eager Junior Legal Secretary to join their team, supporting a small allocation of associates and counsel.

What does this role offer:

  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • PA and legal secretarial support to associates and counsel
  • Supporting the current secretaries with work overflow
  • Drafting and amending legal documents
  • Diary management and coordinating meetings
  • File management (opening, closing, archiving)
  • Billing support and time entry
  • Client onboarding and liaison

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of legal secretarial experience within an international law firm - essential
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, iManage, and Interaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and committed team player
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Proactive, confident and mature in their work
