In your new role as HR Coordinator, you will be providing both HR support for legal employees and legal professional development, ensuring a smooth administrative process overall. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with new joiner onboarding.

  • Preparing first draft leave letters for Senior Manager to review.

  • Assistant with scheduling and administration on the annual review process.

  • Providing assistant for London internal programs including preparing sign-in sheets and organising final materials.

  • Scheduling conference room space for events and programs.

  • Attending and monitoring live training programs.

  • Assisting training coordinators with post-programming materials, including finalising timed agendas, sign-in sheets, evaluation forms and summaries, attendance tracking and uploading videos to firm’s tracking system.

In order to be successful in this role you will need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Experience working in an HR or administrative role within a professional services environment, ideally a global law firm.

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in an environment with shifting priorities.

  • To be enthusiastic about the subject of HR and legal professional development.

  • Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
