Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a dynamic marketing and business development professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation to join one of our prestigious global law firm clients as a Head of Marketing and Business Development and lead their London team. This pivotal role involves managing a talented team, collaborating with global leaders, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm's marketing and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the London Marketing & Business Development team, providing guidance and performance management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, business development, and communications strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee media relations and communications, ensuring effective brand messaging.
- Manage the London marketing budget and provide regular reports to the Director of Global Marketing and Business Development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight years' experience in marketing and business development, ideally within the legal or professional services sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and performance oversight.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and project management.
