Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the client suite and front‑of‑house reception function.
- Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are consistently presented to the highest professional standards.
- Manage room bookings, scheduling, utilisation, and last‑minute changes.
- Act as the escalation point for complex, high‑profile, and sensitive client requirements.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external events from conception through to execution.
- Manage catering, hospitality services, and consumables to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Partner with IT and AV teams to support technology‑enabled meetings and events.
About You
- Significant law firm experience relating to Client Services, Hospitality, Conference Services, Workplace Experience, or Events Management.
- Proven leadership experience managing front‑of‑house, hospitality, or client service teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with senior executives, partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational and operational management capabilities.
- A track record of successfully delivering high‑quality meetings, conferences, and events.
- Financial awareness, including budget monitoring and cost management.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a client‑facing environment.
