We\’re working with a prestigious law firm in the City of London, looking to welcome a confident and proactive front-of-house professional into their team. If you\’ve got 2+ years of experience in front-of-house and catering and are ready to step up your career in a dynamic legal setting, this could be your next move.

What you\’ll be handling day-to-day:
- Helping manage the switchboard and transferring calls/taking messages where necessary
- Giving clients and visitors a warm, polished welcome every time
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring a professional setup
- Keeping front-of-house areas pristine and presentable
- Arranging catering for key meetings and events
- Stocking up on stationery and kitchen supplies
- Updating and maintaining files
- General administration – typing, scanning, copying, assisting the lawyers with ad hoc requests
Who we\’re looking for:
- 2+ years\’ experience in front-of-house and catering in a law firm or professional services environment
- A people person who\’s as positive as they are professional
- Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Someone who takes initiative, loves being busy, and gets things done
