As a Float Legal Secretary, you'll play a vital role in supporting fee earners across a range of administrative and legal tasks. You'll be trusted to manage complex schedules, produce high-quality legal documentation, and maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:- Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Supporting timekeeping, expense processing and billing activities
- Maintaining client records and CRM systems with accuracy
- Coordinating with internal departments and providing overflow support
- Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- 5+ years of proven and demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary within a top-tier law firm (float experience not required)
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
