Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis. The responsibilities include:
- Performing research
- Co-ordinating regulatory filing materials
- Handling other trainee and junior associate level tasks
The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience, preferably within a regulatory, fund structuring, or fund deal execution team, and will ideally hold the LPC or SQE1 qualification. The firm offers a hybrid working environment, competitive benefits, including a base salary, and paid overtime.
