Executive Assistant | Corporate/Private Equity
We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic PA/EA to support four Partners within its market-leading Corporate and Private Equity practice in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, high-performing team at the heart of a growing practice. The successful candidate will provide seamless support to four Partners, helping them manage demanding schedules, client relationships and business priorities within a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about Corporate and Private Equity. This role would suit a hands-on EA who enjoys being involved, anticipates needs before they arise and thrives in a busy, ever-changing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel and business schedules
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with billing, expenses and business development activities
- Providing proactive administrative support across the practice
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of PA/EA experience within an international or US law firm
- Previous experience supporting Corporate or PE Partners highly desired
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved and add value wherever needed
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI tools
