Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its general Corporate team on a permanent basis. The role will involve providing support to partners, associates, and other professionals within the corporate department, in all stages of corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Advise UK corporate entities on Companies House forms and filings
- Assist with the formation & dissolution of corporate entities
- Company secretarial support
- Assist at signing and completion meetings (including use of DocuSign) and co-ordinate closing documents; prepare conditions precedents
- Organise and update precedent and transaction bibles/sets and create electronic bible.
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have previous Corporate experience gained from a similar US or City law firm environment.
