Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Corporate M&A Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis. The successful Paralegal will be assisting associates and trainees in the busy Corporate team with the delivery of conditions precedent, KYC and other closing documents on Corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have some previous corporate/M&A experience, a hard-working, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills. The firm operates hybrid working and offers great benefits, including a competitive base salary and paid overtime.
