The firm is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join their Financial Restructuring & Enforcement (FRE) group, with a particular focus on CLO transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and amend contracts and agreements for CLOs and other finance transactions

The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level education (with LPC/SQE advantageous) and bring at least one year of paralegal experience, preferably with exposure to CLO transactions.
