A leading international law firm is looking for a Client Events Coordinator to join its London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality client events across London and Paris, working closely with Business Development and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders to deliver impactful client experiences
  • Manage logistics: venues, suppliers, invitations, and attendee tracking
  • Provide on-site event support
  • Coordinate corporate hospitality events (e.g. Wimbledon, concerts)
  • Handle admin including CRM updates, invoicing, and reporting

About You

  • 1-3+ years events experience (professional services/corporate preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent written skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with event tech/CRM tools (preferred)
