A London law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Junior Legal PA to support a busy team of fee-earners. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with at least two years' experience in a law firm or professional services environment who is ready to step up into a more involved, fast-paced PA position. This role offers a hybrid working model (60% office / 40% home) and the chance to develop within a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and inbox management for multiple fee-earners
- Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing deadlines, court dates, and internal workflows
- Handling expenses, billing support, and time recording
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting with team administration, file management, and general PA duties
- Proactively anticipating needs and ensuring fee-earners are fully supported
About You
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a PA or administrative role within a legal or professional services environment
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade A-C
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident communicator with a polished, professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership
- Keen to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility as you develop
