A leading international law firm is seeking a Revenue Controller to support partners and fee-earners across its London office. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of the full revenue cycle, driving timely billing and ensuring a seamless client experience. Acting as the primary contact for revenue matters within assigned practice groups, you'll work closely with partners and clients.
Responsibilities
- Regular WIP review meetings with partners and fee-earners, monitor aged WIP, and support monthly billing targets and forecasting.
- Prepare and issue bills through Elite 3E, including time/cost transfers, narrative amendments, time divides, write-offs, and credit notes.
- Monitor aged debt, liaise directly with clients, and escalate delays where necessary.
- Coordinate with the eBilling Support Team to ensure timely and accurate e-bill submissions, troubleshoot rejections, and stay up to date with client billing guidelines.
- Produce detailed WIP, AR, collections, and cash receipt reports through Elite 3E.
- Maintain awareness of matter lifecycles and financial performance to support informed revenue decisions.
Experience & Requirements
- Experience in revenue or billing within a law firm environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Elite 3E, or similar finance system.
- Experience with client e-billing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
