The role
In your new role as a Partner Recruiting Assistant, you will be providing administrative support on lateral partner and counsel hiring. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing initial drafts of correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates including confirming interviews.
- Liaising directly with candidates and/or headhunters, along with partners and colleagues.
- Maintaining candidate databases and trackers.
- Booking conference rooms and organizing video link for interviews.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative / HR role in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
