We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm based near Liverpool Street, renowned for its excellence in complex dispute resolution amongst other areas and its collaborative, high-performance culture. They're now seeking a confident, highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Disputes team.
What does this role offer:
- Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
- Prime Liverpool Street location
- Competitive salary up to £53k-£57k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- High-level support to fee earners in the Disputes team
- Document production and amending legal correspondence
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements
- Opening new matters and client onboarding
- Billing and time recording
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' continuous experience in Disputes/Litigation
- Proven track record at a top City or US law firm
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and terminology
- Professional, proactive and highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
