A leading US law firm in London is seeking a Catering Assistant to join their in-house hospitality team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting where service excellence and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality catering support for internal meetings, events, and client functions
• Set up, service, and clear meeting rooms with food and beverages to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, pantry, and catering areas
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Work closely with the Facilities and Reception teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We\’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a corporate or professional hospitality environment (law firm or similar preferred)
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and a strong eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to support early morning or evening events when required
