Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a talented Billing Specialist to join one of our leading global law firm clients as a part of their London Finance team. This non-exempt, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding firm.
About the Role: As a Billing Specialist, you will report to the London Finance Manager and play an integral role in the firm’s billing team. Your responsibilities will include producing and reviewing pre-bills, ensuring accurate and timely billing, responding to billing queries, and preparing disbursement documentation. You will also manage work from group mailboxes, ensure compliance with SRA and HMRC legislation, and support e-Billing processes., + Produce and review pre-bills for London and other offices.
