Join our Bids & Pursuits team, a group of passionate business development professionals focused on winning high-quality, profitable work. You’ll support the end-to-end delivery of compelling, client-focused bids, working closely with partners, stakeholders, and the wider Clients, Markets and Growth (CMG) team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Pursuits, you’ll play a key role in developing high-impact proposals across strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support bids from qualification through to submission and follow-up
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and develop strong win themes
  • Write, edit, and improve proposal content to ensure clarity, quality, and compliance
  • Conduct client research and support strategic opportunities
  • Enhance proposals with clear, engaging visuals and messaging
  • Maintain and contribute to bid content libraries and systems
  • Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure all work meets high quality and regulatory standards

About You

Essential:

  • 3+ years bid/proposal experience in professional services or similar
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Ability to turn technical content into clear, compelling proposals
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident working with stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills

Desirable:

  • APMP or similar certification
  • Experience with bid tools and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of legal or professional services environments
